What you do with us
- Transport and set-up/dismantling: You organize and coordinate the transport of our equipment and take care of the smooth set-up and dismantling on site
- Material management: You keep an eye on all utensils and equipment and ensure that nothing is missing and everything is ready for use
- Processing and timing: You plan and manage the logistics processes surrounding the eventPunctuality is your trademark
- Team communication: Close cooperation with the kitchen and service team to ensure that everyone involved is optimally equipped
- Flexibility and problem solving: No matter what happens - you react flexibly and find creative solutions to meet all requirements
- Delivery: You ensure that the food arrives in the best condition when delivering food and adhere to agreed delivery times
What you bring with you
- Experience in logistics - ideally in the event or catering sector, but career changers with organizational skills are also welcome!
- Organizational talent and reliability: You keep track of even complex events and plan ahead
- Flexibility and willingness to travel: You have no problem working at different locations in the Rhine-Main area and adapting to spontaneous changes
- Hands-on mentality: You lend a hand where needed and enjoy making events a success
- Driver's license class B (or higher) - essential to transport equipment and also food deliveries safely and reliably
