International shipping >
Shipping to countries outside the EU zone is also possible by arrangement. The costs for customs clearance will be charged separately.
Inserts handling >
The inclusion of printed material and give-aways for your virtual event is generally possible. This requires coordination in advance, particularly with regard to content, weight and packaging dimensions.
Non-Catholic & alcoholic drinks >
Add exciting drinks to your food boxes - from organic coffee & tea for breakfast for your meeting, homemade iced teas for lunch or selected beers, wines or cocktail premixes for your virtual dinner.

Branding >
Branding of the shipping boxes with your logo/design is possible as a sticker or stamp. Fully branded shipping boxes and banderoles are also possible for larger quantities and with sufficient lead time.
Sustainable packaging material >
We avoid the use of plastic wherever possible and use materials made from renewable raw materials. We also focus on designing menus that are as seasonal as possible.
EU shipment directly to the participants >
EU shipping is possible. The final costs are determined as part of the final invoice. The address data is uploaded to our system as a CSV file. We will provide you with a template for this, which we require you to complete in full and return to us in good time.
Indicative timeline >
- We require final information on the number of participants and menu selection no later than 2 weeks before the event. After that, adjustments are only possible with reservations and by arrangement. We recommend contacting us as early as possible
- Up to one week before the event, we need the address data provided by you. Our file template should be used for this purpose.
- We require inserts, branding stickers, giveaways (by arrangement) etc. to be sent to us no later than one week before the event.
- Domestic shipping via UPS takes place approximately 2-4 working days before the event.
- EU shipping via UPS takes place approximately 4-6 working days before the event.
- Individual arrangements are required for shipping outside the EU. The import regulations for the respective destination country must be clarified by the customer - we assume no liability for this.
