Your tasks with us
- Team leadership and motivation: You lead a team of service staff, ensure a good atmosphere and that everyone knows what needs to be done. You train your team on the job and exemplify the hands-on mentality
- Organize processes: You structure the service area, plan the setup and ensure that everything runs smoothly - from the welcome to the last guest
- Perfect guest experience: Your goal? To inspire guests! You make sure that everything is just right and that every detail creates an exceptional atmosphere
- Quality management: You make sure that every plate, every drink and every interaction meets our high standards
- Coordination with other teams: You will work closely with kitchen, logistics and project management to ensure top performance as a team
- Feedback and development: You will gather feedback, create reports and report regularly to project management. You work productively on growth and improvement processes
- Guest relations: You are the face on site and the point of contact for guests and customers
Your profile
- Experience in service and team management - ideally in the event or catering industry
- Organized and stress-resistant: You keep an overview, even when things get hectic, and always plan ahead. You have processes and time management firmly under control
- Strong communicator and motivator: You can inspire a team and win over guests with your charm
- Host mindset: Service is more than just a job for you - you love to make people happy
- Flexible and mobile: You adapt quickly to changing event locations and react flexibly to challenges in the event sector and in the project process
